Currently, I am working as a Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation with FPA India which works for the wellbeing of poor and marginalized population. I have completed Master in Population Studies from International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai. I have more than 20 years of experience in social and public health data management, research and monitoring & evaluation.
I have worked in various research projects and large-scale survey (National Family Health Survey – 3) undertaken by reputed institutions such as Tata Institute for Social Sciences and International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS) mainly in the field of reproductive health. I am involved in developing tools for conducting surveys, formative research & needs assessment and analysis of data generated within the organization. Responsible for coordinating with 43 branches/projects for data collection, carrying out data quality check, feedback and performance analysis of branches based on the Service Statistics.
Also, involved in planning, designing, data analysis, report writing of the research studies undertaken within the Organization and donor requirements.
