Uttara Nambiar

Hello, my name is Uttara Nambiar and Iam a fashion design student from University of Mumbai. I have amassed experience in fashion designing/ rendering/ concept ideation/ and adept with CAD softwares such as Adobe photoshop/ illustrator, Corel draw, and procreate. I'm passionate about bringing my fashion ideas into reality.

I possess industrial knowledge and did my design internship at Forever 21 in alliance with Aditya Birla Fashion and retail Ltd. I worked as a fashion designer at a streetwear brand in India, Off Duty as a fashion designer (2023). I was also an organising member and designer for my college fashion show 'Ferosh' 2023.

I have visited industries for textile and design knowledge expansion and also have attended online short term courses from 'Designer's Class' and 'Coursera'. Iam enthusiastic about fashion photography/ content creation/ fashion styling as well. I think I need to be hired for this role because I'm committed to my work.

Iam open to learning new things regarding my work everyday. I keep up with the current trends in fashion while also following the work guidelines. I have great adapting skills to the environment and im a great team worker.

Team work means success, and progress to me. I also have interpersonal skills as such communication and leadership qualities. I'm proud of my overall results, such as honesty, being respectful and I have developed my personality in most ways.
