- Ensure all projects comply with guidelines.

- Conduct HR Interviews, End-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Ensure monthly recruitment target number is achieved.
- Frame incentive and rewards for the team
- SLA: SPOC for Clients & stakeholders pertaining to agreement, billing & payments.
- Joining formalities, Exit formalities, full and final settlement for all separations.
- Employee grievance handling
- Regular engagement events – Birthdays & festival celebrations
- Travel Arrangements: Abroad & Domestic for the CEO & employees.
- Schedule for CEO's meetings with the clients
