• Designed and built a modular, multi-platform Flutter architecture that powers three products from a single codebase: the customer portal, the partner client portal and the internal operations portal, with shared feature modules keeping business logic consistent.
• Shipped the customer portal on Android, iOS and web, supporting cross-border payments in 6 major currencies.

• Built a fintech prepaid card app using clean architecture, dependency injection, Riverpod, MVVM, BDD testing and Azure Pipelines for CI/CD.
• Cut the size of an app with 50+ dependencies and third-party SDKs to under 50 MB on both the App Store and Play Store.
• Improved app stability and performance by 42% in 4 months, bringing crashes down to almost zero.
• Built an analytics framework tracking the user journey from marketing campaigns through onboarding, card loading and payments, powering activity funnels that improved acquisition and retention.
