- Responsible for end-to-end Supplier Production Part Approval Process (SPPAP) across APAC, EMEA, Americas, and DLA regions for new product introduction.
- Support supplier evaluation, qualification, and quality readiness activities in collaboration with Global Sourcing, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
- Review and approve APQP/PPAP documentation, including Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, Capability Studies, Dimensional Reports, Material Certifications, and PSW.
- Participate in supplier process audits, quality system audits, and manufacturing capability assessments to ensure compliance with AIAG, IATF 16949, and customer requirements.
- Perform supplier quality risk assessments and support supplier development initiatives to improve process capability and product quality.
- Resolve supplier quality issues through 8D, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and verification of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Global Sourcing, Commodity Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to support new product introduction and supplier quality improvements.

- Oversee Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Incoming Quality Control (IQC), CMM Lab, New Product Development (NPD) Gauge Room, and Gauge Calibration activities.

- Oversee incoming department, Metallurgy lab & Plant gauge calibration activity.
- Monitoring daily supplier rejection, Conducting Minutes of Meeting & follow-up with supplier for CAPA.
- Handle Metallurgy Lab as well as CMM lab, verify parts metallurgical as well as Dimensional parameter & share report with team.
- Good knowledge of Diffcase Assembly parts & it's critical & functional parameter. Also Line problem handling and developing solutions to satisfy internal customers.
- Knowledge about sediment analysis process & all instrument of Millipore.
- Work in Inprocess quality & Assembly department, good knowledge about process validation, FPI, Pre dispatch Inspection of part.
- In-house Gear, Pinion, Shift Sleeve inspection for Case Depth, Metallographic Inspection (IGO, NMTP, RA, Microstructure Analysis, Defect Analysis) and Report Generation.
- Inspection of Gas Tungsten Arc & Friction welding using welding expert machine, Dye penetrant test.
- Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and monitor of all quality related activities.
