I am an enthusiastic educator with a strong Academic background in management studies and genuine passion for teaching and learning. My experience as an assistant professor and school teacher has enabled me to with students from diverse educational backgrounds and support their academic growth. I am particularly interested in the areas of HRM, Organizational behavior and entrepreneurship.

My long-term goal is to pursue doctoral studies and contribute to academic research and higher education through teaching research and student mentorship.
