With a solid background in mechanical engineering and simulation, I have hands-on experience in design, analysis, and process optimization across both research and industry settings. In my recent role as a Product Development Engineer, I designed a thermal management system for electric vehicle batteries using nanofluid-based CFD simulations in Ansys Fluent. Previously, as a Mechanical Engineer at Multi Tech Engineering in the UAE, I specialized in high-precision automotive parts design using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA V5.
I improved design efficiency and quality, led manufacturing projects, supported IATF certification, and collaborated on high-profile projects, including Expo 2020 Dubai. My expertise spans technical drawing, GD&T, and project management, with a focus on quality and process improvement.
I hold an MSc in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University, where I graduated with Merit. My thesis focused on simulating 3D-printed HPDC molds with a conformal cooling pipe layout, enhancing my skills in engineering simulation and analysis. Core modules included Ground Vehicle Aerodynamics, Ground Vehicle Dynamics, and Advanced Propulsion Systems.
I earned my BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala with First Class honors, completing a thesis on developing a variable fluid heat pipe test rig. My undergraduate coursework emphasized Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, CAD, Manufacturing Processes, and Metrology & Instrumentation.
