I’m Vaishali Sirimalla, a final-year Information Technology student at the KJ Somaiya Institute of Technology with a CGPI of 9.5, passionate about backend development, machine learning, and software engineering.

✨ What I Do

With expertise in Java, SQL, and tools like Flask and Streamlit, I’ve worked on impactful projects, including AI-based systems and health monitoring apps. I’m also a GeeksforGeeks contributor and share coding insights on YouTube (@heyCoders).

I have gained hands-on experience working on various software development projects, including an AI-based paper evaluation system using BERT for similarity scoring, a health monitoring system for infants, and a brain tumor detection system using CNN. I have a strong background in programming languages (Python, Java, C, JavaScript) and databases (SQL, MongoDB), along with tools like Visual Studio, GitHub, and MySQL Workbench. In addition, I contributed to GeeksforGeeks, participated in competitive coding events, and cleared the interview process for Zeus Learning, where I will join as a Software Engineer in 2025.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (B.tech) in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, with a CGPI of 9.5. My education has provided me with a strong foundation in programming languages (Python, Java, C, JavaScript), databases (SQL, MongoDB), data structures, algorithms, and software development. I have applied my academic knowledge to various projects, including AI-based systems, web applications, and health tech solutions.
