• Designed scalable EV charging workflows for EV 3-wheeler drivers, simplifying charger discovery, QR charging, payments, and live session tracking through intuitive experiences tailored for daily commercial use.
• Designed and integrated Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) into the CE Care app, translating digital lending workflows into intuitive user experiences across repayment schedules, UPI AutoPay mandate setup, collections, penalty management, and asset ownership. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to shape the financing product, business model, and end-to-end customer journey.
• Redesigned fragmented after-sales workflows across calls, Excel sheets, and WhatsApp into a centralized platform for issue reporting, warranty validation, escalation tracking, service coordination, and resolution management.
• Created reusable design systems and scalable UX patterns to improve consistency and support faster product development across multiple platforms.
• Collaborated cross-functionally with engineering, finance, operations, and service teams to translate operational challenges into intuitive product experiences.

• Established the end-to-end D2C presence for a 4-model inverter battery portfolio, leading branding, battery decals, packaging, unboxing collateral, dealer marketing assets, and Amazon storefronts, generating INR 15L+ monthly organic sales within two months without paid marketing campaigns.
• Designed the exhibition stall experience for Bharat Mobility Expo, developing large-format branding and visual communication systems to strengthen brand presence at the event.
• Created investor pitch decks, editorial layouts, and social media campaigns that enhanced product storytelling and contributed to Clean Electric's LinkedIn growth from 5K to 30K+ followers.
