I have 20 plus years’ experience in Design, Manufacturing, Aftermarket and Supply Chain, currently working as operation manager supply chain management, I have previous work experience in L&T, TCS, GE and CAT, have good engineering knowledge with SCM experience to handle the issues in better ways to simplify the process. I can handle big and high velocity projects in better way.
Managing the supply chain team to handle all quote and purchase orders and supplier quality issues and shipments. Following supplier and interduce better packing methods to ship the parts more secure and effective cargo management, coordinating suppliers and forwarders with effective loading process to reduce the shipping cost. Managing customs clearance documents and HS codes for better tax tariff and avoid legal issues in US and Canada customs and process of CBSA ruling, Stock management.
Team developments to increase the work volume and responsibilities of offshore team. Explore new supplier development opportunities in different countries. Collect and maintain supplier and material quality document and mill certificates.
Prepare and submit BSW reports to customer. Standardize the DCI, MCI, BL and General & Detail PL.
