THE TRIBE, Pune | May 2023 – April 2026 Associate Art Director Digital & Brand Design
At The Tribe, I drove brand and digital design mandates - shaping both day-to-day outputs and larger identity-driven work. On the digital front, I used to oversee the creation and consistency of social and performance-driven assets. Within brand communications, my work spaned across brand identity creation, campaign development, marketing communication, coffee table books, FMCG packaging, sales and promotional brochures, and spatial / environmental branding for large-scale manufacturing units, educational institution and retail.
During my tenure, I was promoted from Senior Graphic Designer to Associate Art Director – Digital & Brand Design, reflecting my growing role in leading projects and visual direction. My larger role involved in translating communication intent and strategy into cohesive visual systems, ensuring every output, across formats and mediums, was aligned with the larger brand narrative while maintaining cohesiveness in execution. I used to manage the entire design process across projects, from concept through to final artwork and print output.
The Sociobutterfly Senior Designer | April 2022 – April 2023
At The Sociobutterfly, my role evolved into leading design across digital-first brands. Working across diverse sectors—from agriculture and fashion to jewellery, hospitality, and niche spaces like equestrian farms helped me develop adaptability in visual language and communication styles. I was responsible for building social media design systems, not just individual creatives ensuring consistency across grids, campaigns, and content flows.
Leading the Sharaf DG Mall (Dubai) mandate further strengthened my ability to manage clients and teams simultaneously, while delivering high-frequency, high-quality outputs. This phase strengthened my ability to handle scale, pace, and consistency in execution.
Jumbish Creations Creative Visualiser | April 2019 – June 2020
My time at Jumbish Creations laid the foundation for how I approach visual communication today. Working on logos, social media content, and design collateral for art-led initiatives, I developed an early sensitivity to composition, detail, and narrative. Designing for platforms like the Artists International Workshop exposed me to varied formats early on, while simultaneously handling coordination responsibilities taught me how to manage timelines, align stakeholders, and see projects through end-to-end.
It was here that I began understanding design not just as output, but as a structured process
