- Master Service Agreement, Stand Alone Agreement, Non- Disclosure Agreement/Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements, Task Order/Statement of Work/Technical Agreement/Project Agreement, Material Transfer Agreements, Framework Agreements, Amendments, Change Orders, Termination Agreements, Plan Of Sale Agreements, etc). Flipping the CRW’s (Contract Request Workspace) to CW’s (Contract Workspace) in Ariba,

Initiating E-signatures and creating Contract Workspaces in Ariba and uploading the contracts in Ariba to proceed with Purchase Orders & payments. Publishing the contracts workspaces in Ariba raising Purchase Order requests.

New vendor creations, vendor banking & address updates, blocking & unblocking the vendors, updating the payment methods & payment terms for differentPurchaseOrg’s&Company codes across global regions in SAP and MDM tools.

Organising governance call with clients and providing monthly and weekly decks (PPT slides) to Stake holderswithPivottablesandManagingteamrequestsandreports.Assigningrequestsflowtoteammembers and checking up on their status by EOD and Providing assistance and guiding team members while processing the requests.

Being a part of supplier selections with Strategic sourcing team and creating monthly reports and auditing our Internal team production for accurate results and to maintain SLA’s as per clients requirement.
