I am a Pathologist and Quality Management professional with 15 years experience.

I am an lab and hospital Auditor and well versed with ISO 15189 & NQAS guidelines.

Currently I am the Nodal Officer at National Health Mission Uttarakhand and head a National Health Program aiming at providing complete health for children of 0-18 years age.

I am skilled at Six Sigma, Healthcare Quality Management and Leading Quality Improvement.

I am passionate about managing and maintaining Quality standards and believe in Continuous Quality Improvement.

To conduct testing of Haematology and Clinical Pathology, Immunology,

Biochemistry patient samples and review slides microscopically.

• To prepare and review the documentation system including SOP, manuals etc as per ISO15189:2012 and NABL standards.

To ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained, thereby supervising the laboratory.

• To perform internal quality control checks and troubleshoot in case of any outlier

(Internal Quality Control).

• To investigate the Root Cause Analysis and take the appropriate Corrective Action and Preventive Action for the non-conformities.
• To ensure participating in the External Quality Assurance Programmes and take

Corrective and Preventive action in case of any outlier (EQAS/Proficiency Testing)

• To review LJ graphs and take necessary Corrective actions, maintaining the

Quality system of the laboratory.

• To perform Internal Audit in various departments of the laboratory once in a year and prepare a report of the Nonconformities as per the audit.

To take regular weekly trainings for the technical staff of the laboratory for continual improvement.

• To resolve physician queries.
• Experience of leading and participating in Quality Improvement projects.
