Responsibilities for modeling of MEP Services and preparation of BIM models with coordination across multiple disciplines.

• Responsibilities for modeling of MEP Services like, Ducting, Cable tray, Piping etc.
• Preparation of setting up levels, grid, views, browser arrangement creating appropriate types of systems of services matching the project specifications.
• Annotate models with labels, dimension and preparing the schedules of necessary services.
• Finally placing the plan, legend, section, detail view & 3D in the title sheets.
• Revit Clash Report & Coordinating with Architectural, Structural.
• Designing as per "Level of Development" in Revit i.e., LOD100 to LOD300, as per client requirement.
• Planning for Mechanical Ducting routes in Pipes, Cable trench, Cable tray, Raceways etc.
• Typical installation details for Mechanical and Electrical Equipment, Ducting pipes and Cable Trays, etc.
