Apprentice - Oral Solid Dosage (R&D Department) - Lee Pharma Ltd

Hands-on training in oral solid dosage (OSD) formulation and processing, covering workflow from dispensing to tablet compression. Learning GMP concepts and in-process quality controls as part of ongoing industrial training.

Assisted in tablet compression machine operations, including single-layer and bilayer tablet production under supervision.
Exposure to bilayer tablet compression.
Assisted in tablet coating operations, with practical understanding of key parameters such as spray rate, inlet temperature, and pan speed.
Involved in pellet-based formulation projects, including drug layering on core spheres.
Hands-on exposure to Fluid Bed Processor (FBP) and Fluid Bed Coater (FBC) for pellet coating and drug layering.
