I’m a Senior HR Business Partner with experience driving people strategy in high-growth, creative organizations. Currently at Moshi Moshi Media, I’ve grown from HRBP to Sr. HRBP, taking on expanded leadership responsibility and strategic ownership within a year.

At Moshi Moshi, I’ve partnered closely with founders and senior leaders to support a workforce of 150+ employees, managed and mentored HR team members, and built scalable HR processes across the employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to performance, engagement, and exits. I’ve led the design and implementation of company-wide HR policies, streamlined HR operations, and supported rapid team expansion while maintaining culture and compliance.
My work has involved driving performance frameworks, handling complex employee relations cases, and enabling leaders through change, restructures, and growth phases. I’ve also played a key role in improving process efficiency, response time, and employee experience, ensuring HR functions as a true business partner rather than a support function.
