Worked on development and optimization of carbopol-based ultrasound scanning gel and ECG gel formulations. Performed scale-up from laboratory to production batches (up to 150 L). Conducted in-process quality checks including pH, viscosity, appearance, and homogeneity. Investigated and resolved formulation deviations such as viscosity drop, air entrapment, and clarity issues, while supporting routine manufacturing and ensuring batch-to-batch consistency in line with quality requirements.
