Associate engaged in providing counselling and consulting services for admission of students abroad, visa guidance, immigration services, and student recruitment for overseas education programs.

• Recruit suitable, genuine, and bona fide prospective students qualified for admission to Universities and Colleges globally
• Promote Colleges/Universities and their courses in assigned countries/regions
• Assist in recruitment of prospective students for courses at partner institutions
• Provide prospective students with information about courses, facilities and services offered by SOE
• Assist in completing and submitting application forms to SOE with partner Colleges and Universities
• Maintain accurate records of all payments received for tracking and auditing purposes
• Authenticate, cross-check, and verify student backgrounds and submitted documentation
• Promote SOE with integrity and accuracy in an honest and ethical manner
• Inform prospective students accurately about institution requirements using only approved materials
• Confirm accuracy of information provided by prospective students in applications
• Ensure only signed and completed applications are submitted to SOE
• Ensure relevant fees, charges, and supporting documentation accompany each application
• Forward signed Acceptance of Offer documents to SOE promptly
• Provide offer documents to prospective students within 24 hours of receiving them
• Monitor student visa applications and coordinate with institutions
• Update SOE monthly with all enquiries received and interest expressed by prospective students
• Maintain confidentiality of student data and assessment information
• Monitor and update refund status of students with pending refund claims
• Maintain all student communication safely until course completion
