• Managed and reconciled EPF/ESIC compliance data for 9,000+ employees across 60+ sites, cross-checking wage sheets, contribution records, and statutory filings for accuracy every month without a missed deadline.
• Built and maintained MIS trackers in Excel to monitor statutory deadlines and contribution mismatches, flagging data discrepancies before they became compliance or audit issues.
