• Assemble electrical product (145 kv GIS) or sub-assemblies according to written instructions by following engineering drawings.
• Complete final assembly & check project requirement ensuring quality & project timeline.
• Responsible for in process quality with the help of siemens standard drawings & 100% checking good finish product & visual inspection of main assembly, current transformer.
• Manufacture the output product with the best quality i.e. Defect free.
• Ability to read BOM, HZ, ISO, SLD, HSA, and Secondary Drawings.
• Managing the Production related tasks including planning, control & trouble shooting for achieving periodic schedules.
• Manpower handling and deployment on assembly stations.
• To follow the HIRA (Hazardous Identification Risk Assessment).
• Monitoring of activities for daily Overall line efficiency (OLE).
• Making SOP (Standard Operating procedure) as per line balancing.
