As a Tax Consultant I on the Global Employer Services Technology Center (GESTC) team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and data analysis services.

• Providing technical support for production and non-production environments and resolving tickets through the CRM system
• Coordinating initial data loads and issue resolution for data ingestion with product, development, and business teams
• Monitoring data quality dashboards and validation rules and resolving flagged items with data custodians and partner teams
• Supporting system integration testing and performance testing activities to help ensure successful delivery
• Analyzing data usage, identifying trends, and developing reports on how data fields are used across applications and services
