Data Associate at Pramata Knowledge Solutions (2019-03 – 2023-08)

Since from March 2019 I am working in Pramata Knowledge Solution Pvt Ltd Company as a Data Associate.

• Analyze and extract key pieces of legal and financial information from various legal documents like Sale and Service Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Lease and License Agreements, Requests for Proposal (RFP), Vendor Agreements, Statement of Work, Employment Contracts, Due Diligence Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements etc.
• As a QA Analyzing commercial contracts and crisp findings from scattered information across the contract to provide critical sales, risk & compliance, revenue assurance data in a more user-friendly and accurate manner.
• Worked on various projects of various clients including software technology, manufacturing, telecommunications over in this time period
• Have a good Hands-on experience in interpretation, modeling, reporting and analysis of complex contracts data and unstructured information.

Payment Analyst at Concentrix (IBM Daksh India Pvt Ltd) (2015-08 – 2018-12)

Payment analysts do quality check of the case and release payments to the right customer. Payment analyst deals with final stage of customer complaints. Customer will provide preference of the Payment method to the bank it may be bank Account Number or Cheque. Here, my part is to validate the documents of the customer and match calculation part with letter sent to the customer and release the Payment According to customer preference.
