• Understanding the UAE Labour Law and payment proceedings.
• Experience in screening the suitable candidates resume from portals.
• Conducting interviews and onboarding process.
• Experience in maintaining relations with Management, HR teams in all countries.
• Experience in Rewarding and Recognition to motivate the employees their works.
• Establishing clear goals, objective for employees ensure that rewards in productivity.
• Shortlisting the candidates according to requirements.
• Complete knowledge in onboarding and offboarding process.
• Experience in conducting training programs for new joiners.

• Prepare and process timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
