Planning Engineer at M/s Mero Asia (2023-05 – Present)

• Good knowledge in Aluminum and glass material.
• To ensure internal quality controls are in place and being maintained properly.
• Deep knowledge of façade Stick systems, unitized curtain walls, cladding, and Spider glazing.
• Visual inspection of welding as per the drawings and fit up inspection of all structural items.
• Rising NCR's wherever necessary, Monitor and control the NCR's and establish the root cause analysis and ensure the corrective action and preventive measures are in time.
• Manage sub-contractors and supplier effectively to ensure that the project is completed according to specification, quality standards, cost & time frame.
• Verifying panels delivered to site as per the approved materials in accordance with approved shop drawing and contract technical specification.
• Ensure that all incoming material passed the acceptance criteria and testing. Material such as Mill cert, coated Aluminium extrusion, sealant and processed glass.
• Responsible for Quality of façade works and conduct a regular site walk with Project Team to improve productivity and Quality of Workmanship.
• Ensure all the process and incoming material specification and tolerance meet the project contract specification.
