- Checking quality as per customer requirement at Development Stage.
- Visually & dimensionally inspection of the part before dispatch in Development Stage & monitored the effectiveness continuously.

- Plan & conduct for Process & Product Audit of all products, Supplier Audit, Internal audit, Customer visit & all process related plans like Calibration of Instruments & Gauges, MSA, SPC.
- Involve in new part development & approvals.
- To reduce Cost of poor quality (COPQ) by doing improvement projects online
- Maintaining crimping standards for lead preparation cell (LPC) and automatic cutting crimping (ACC) Machines.
- Knowledge of X5-Vison software using for crimping validation, Handling of SBL micro3 cutting and grinding machine.
- Terminal validation with all combination for newly developed terminal and wire cross-section.
- Validation for new terminal (Other supplier and existing terminal).
