I'm Vignesh Kumar from Bodinayakanur, currently working in Hosur. I'm a Mechanical Engineer with over 6 years of experience in production supervision and safety valve testing. I’ve worked at Knitvel Needles Pvt.

Ltd., Hosur as a Production Supervisor, managing daily operations, manpower, and quality improvements using Kaizen and 5S methods. I also have experience as a Testing Engineer at Power Tech Testing and Services, focusing on online and offline safety valve testing in various power plants. I'm a self-motivated and adaptable professional, always looking to grow and contribute effectively.

I have over 6 years of experience in the mechanical field. I previously worked as a Production Supervisor at Knitvel Needles Pvt. Ltd., Hosur, where I handled shift operations, manpower management, machine performance, and implemented quality improvements through Kaizen, 5S, and safety audits.

Before that, I worked as a Testing Engineer at Power Tech Testing and Services, Chennai, where I specialized in online and offline safety valve testing (Trevi Test) across various power plants and industries.

I completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vandayar Engineering College, Thanjavur (affiliated to Anna University) with a 6.3 CGPA.

Before that, I completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Kongu Velalar Polytechnic College, Erode with 71%.

I also finished my Higher Secondary (HSC) at ZKM Higher Secondary School, Bodinayakanur with 73%, and my SSLC from the same school with 58.3%.
