I am responsible for doing US Export Customs Filing, NDNL and USCBP. US Customs Filing is classified as Initial Filing, Add Filing and Replace Filing.
- Initial Filing - All completed bookings has to be transmitted to USCBP on the same day mentioned as TEAM TO DO DATE in Daily Task.
- Add Filing - Pending bookings which are ok to file, needs to be file on the same day when the booking is completed. Fine will incur if above is not allowed.
- I am responsible for completing Memo Booking input process.
- I will prepare the declaration form for US Customs Filing.
- In Special cases like Miami and Port Everglades POL we need to add clearance form in the file.
- NDNL process will takes place as an analytical process to ensure that all bookings from a vessel is ready to be loaded from a documentation perspective.
- SSC will create the report and send to the Front office in order contact customer for final SI chasing.
- Handling the mailboxes and Escalation mails that was received from the FO.
- Conducting the weekly MOM for users to ask the problems that they are facing related to the process and analysis on it and comes with the solution of the problem by communicate with the Managers and Technical team.
