Preparation of detailed Shop drawings and bar bending schedule (BBS) takeoff for concrete reinforcement of civil engineering structures such as residential, commercial buildings, stadiums, Waster water plants, bridges etc. for US(ACI) & Canada
Standards.
Study and analyze structural, civil, architectural, and design drawings to extract data for detailing of specific members of structure such as foundation, slab, beam, column,
walls etc.
Studying the input drawings and Raising RFI / Preparing the method of statement,
preparing accurate bar bending schedule (BBS), Rebar shop drawings with 0% wastage of reinforcement.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Check the daily production report and prepare monthly reconciliation report to present it to top management (viz.
Manager & General Manager) detailing the production output, scrap wastages, so as to strategize the increase of production for next month.
I have two years experience in rebar detailing (US & Canada).
