➢ Conducting Vehicle full ac system charge determination, TXV (Thermal expansion valve) tuning& selection test, AC Evaporator icing test, Evaporator sensor location test, water condensation, water drainage, water scattering, Full AC performance test, Fuel efficiency test
➢ Conducting Front HVAC System (Hatchback, sedan cars), Front &Rear HVAC systems (SUV Cars)
➢ Heat Pump Performance tests based on vapor compression refrigeration cycle - Coefficient of Performance (COP), power input, heat output, and overall system efficiency under various operating conditions. (Theoretical & Experimental calculation data)
➢ PTC heater Positive temperature co efficient) Performance tests- heating rate, temperature response, and power characteristics - As temperature increases, current decreases — confirming self-regulating thermal behavior.
➢ Conducting above test for our customer Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Renault Nissan, MG Auto, Mahindra& Volkswagen
➢ Conducting test for Car ac comp all types (Fixed displacement, Variable displacement with clutch& without clutch) & Electric comp
➢ Conduction Ac components& engine cooling components& Sub assembly parts external corrosion
➢ Understanding the corrosion resistance coating& White & red rust analysis
➢ Conduct Air tightness tests of all tested components (or condenser, radiator, Intercooler, ac pipes, oil cooler)
➢ Conduct tear down analysis for leak failure parts (To finds brazing contact)
➢ Conducting air flow volume, PQ test for blower capacity, air flow distribution, air flow classification tests as per vehicle condition
➢ Handling air flow static pressure control, Relative humidity based on psychometric chart
Known as appropriate rig preparation for Ac system components& engine cooling components to validate performance& durability tests (Ac comp Belt tightness, wrap angle, Pulley straightness, spit level indicator, Heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC)Mounting, etc.,)
➢ Calculate optimum charge determination amount, Ac Evaporator sensor location finding, Ac comp torque, Ac comp Horse power, Heat rejection, Heat balance (Air side & R134A Refrigerant side) Oil circulation ratio, super heat& sub cool (via mollier diagram), etc.,
➢ In-depth knowledge of testing tools _Appropriate temporary/ permanent fasteners and tools, Electric/ pneumatic gun& cutter.
➢ In-depth knowledge of below R & D instruments
➢ Well versed in mechanism types, in plant production process (aluminum core manufacturing, ac comp production process, injection molding process)
➢ Hands on experience in providing technical inputs in all phases of product development life cycle
➢ Access HANON Portal (To receive a test request» Test specification check» approve test request» test schedule pick» after test completion test report upload and close test request)
➢ Study and understand the Engineering specification& OEM master test conditions
➢ Internet accessing & E-mail handling
➢ MS Office - Prepare monthly consolidation report & Analysis report in power point, prepare Monitor sheet in Excel, Mail communication by MS Outlook
➢ Known as MOS, Q Alert, Check sheet, Control plan, FMEA, PFD, ISO Certificates, Counter measure, DMS, CLRI Documents and GD& T also
➢ Knowledge of 3C,5S, 7 Form of wastes, PDCA, Kaizen
➢ Follow Problem solving methods 7QC Tools, G8D, QC story
➢ Access QAD for Pending Order check, PO, PR Follow-up, invoice close, new vendor development
