• Identify HSE training needs for employees, organize and conduct HSE Training (Induction, Class room training, Job oriented trainings). Impart trainings on HSE related aspects & HSE related SOPs.
• Organize emergency response trainings & emergency mock drills for ensuring prompt actions in case of emergency.
• Plan and organize HSE promotional programs like National safety day, Fire Service Day, World Environment Day, Safety Campaign, IPSW etc.
• Actively contribute as a planner for plant pain area rectification, leveraging strategic decision-making to identify root causes and implement effective, long-term solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety.
