• Operated and monitored KHD Ball Mill (250 TPH) through ABB DCS system for cement grinding operations.
• Identified and rectified process abnormalities such as, high bearing temperature, high differential pressure (DP), and mill overload to ensure smooth plant operation
• Assisted in charging and top-up of grinding media in Ball Mill to maintain proper grinding efficiency. and production targets.
• Maintained cement quality parameters such as Blaine and residue as per quality requirements.
• Monitored and operated Loesche VRM (300 TPH) for cement grinding operations.
• Monitored VRM parameters such as mill vibration, grinding pressure, outlet temperature and differential pressure (DP).
• Coordinated with CCR and field operators for stable mill operation.
• Ensured compliance with plant safety procedures, PPE usage, and Permit to Work (PTW) system during plant operations
• Prepared shift production and daily reports, recording operational issues to reduce downtime and improve plant efficiency.
