Data Entry Operator, Finding Department - Sun Jewels Pvt. Ltd. - Mumbai

• Support inventory and material-control activities including parcel receipt, quarantine movement, QC handover, ERP stock entry and transfer processes.
• Maintain and verify material information such as material description, batch, quantity, unit, vendor and transaction details in the ERP/SAP environment.
• Perform daily/monthly stock reconciliation by comparing physical quantities with system balances and investigating variances before adjustment.
• Use SAP MM transaction processes including MIGO and relevant movement types for goods receipt, stock transfer and production issue activities.
• Coordinate with QC and production teams to ensure material is released only after required quality approval and is available to production without avoidable delay.
• Track batch/expiry considerations and support FIFO/FEFO-based material issue decisions to reduce ageing or obsolete stock risk.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support timely movement of materials between storage, quarantine, QC and production locations.
