Manage end-to-end product development for the Cove & Lane men's and women's apparel brand, overseeing woven, knit, and flat-knit product categories from concept development through bulk production.

• Prepare garment costing, FOB calculations, technical specifications, BOMs.
• Collaborate with design, production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution. Source fabrics, trims, labels.
• Selecting the right mix of styles, sizes, and colors for the end user.
• Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels to maximize sales and minimize leftover inventory. Plan production schedules and monitor T&A calendars.
• Conduct PP meetings and ensure FPT/GPT approvals.
• Generate Purchase Orders and barcodes using Logic Cloud ERP.
• Coordinate logistics, dispatch planning, and shipment follow-ups to ensure timely deliveries

• Day to day correspondence with Buyer/vendors/suppliers.
• Developing Samples for new seasons as per buyer's requirement from Proto to TOP with required Quality Parameters.
