- Performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks.
- Dealing with incoming work requests.
- Handling assigned work orders and PMs (inspections, oil changes, meter readings, etc).
- Communicating existing and potential issues with supervisors; most often maintenance manager or facilities manager.
