Handle day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace. This includes managing supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our team.
2. Handling of incoming Quality Control and Pre Despatch inspection.
3. Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence.
4. Give attention to detail which is crucial in maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth communication.
5. Arrange and coordinate meetings, both internal and external. This involves scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring that all participants are well-informed and have the necessary resources.
6. Master list of records – Establishment & updating.
7. Master list of documents – Establishment & updating.
8. Handling of Customer Complaints, investigating, root cause analysis and maintaining complaints log. 9.
Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
10. Will go to persons for inquiries, requiring excellent and communication skills.
11. Contribute in shop floor QA activities for understanding existing and new products.
12. Handling out the pre-dispatch of shipments by outside agencies and certification bodies.
13. Handling wide range of responsibilities that contribute to the efficient functioning of the company's administrative and operational processes. 14.
Controls of documents & format, find out the root cause of non-conformities.
