Product Quality Assurance & Millipore & calibration
- Responsible for Line quality process and system adherence.
- Responsible for maintaining overall calibration & record maintain of all measuring instruments and gauges using at assembly line & receipt quality.
- Maintaining contingency for tools and gauges using at shop floor.
- Responsible for In-house & out source calibration & AMC of measuring m/c, Instrument, gauges as per plan & frequency.
- Responsible for monitoring Millipore process as per plan & Metallurgy plan vs actual.
- Good knowledge of 9 speed and 6 speed and JD transmission and drop box.
- Analyses of assembly and part fitment related issues occurred on assembly line and resolve it by implementing KAIZEN and SOPs and train the operators for the same with OJT.
- Monitor Transmission testing rejection/Leak testing rejection and taking concrete action on rejected parts.
- Shift Manpower Handling.
- Analysis & attend the part related problems on assembly line as well as report preparation of field failure parts
- Monitoring Quality gates & train the operator
- New projects study, evaluations with NPD department and smooth execution of new product on assembly.
- New model 9 Speed & W70 project overall assembly process monitoring and 100% PDI clearance.
- Interaction with teams to resolving all the production and quality related issues along with planning.
