Experience of setting up, leading Global Capability Centre (GCC), Global IT Services for Toll Group, LafargeHolcim and Global Service Delivery for BNY Mellon & HSBC and Applications Engineering & Services for Dana Corp.
With over 25 years of experience in setting up and leading global IT services and capability captive centres, I am the Head of Toll Technology Centre and Global IT Services at Toll Group, reporting to the Global CIO. I lead a team of over 700 IT professionals across India, ANZ, SG, US, and EMEA, delivering infrastructure, applications, cloud, and command centre services.
I have successfully led several IT transformation and modernization initiatives, including global applications services, cyber security fortification, data centres consolidation, global network transformation, and IT services optimization.
I have also managed the recovery from two ransomware incidents.
I am passionate about improving the IT performance, service quality, and end user experience, leveraging my IT service management (ITSM) expertise and best practices.
My mission is to enable and empower the business operations and growth of Toll Group with innovative and reliable IT solutions.
