Neopack is a leader in color cosmetics both nationally and internationally and collaborates with global leaders such as HUL (Lakme & Elle 18), L'Oréal (Babylips & Maybelline), Avon Cosmetics (Simply Pretty), ITC, Himalaya, Oriflame, Purplle, Nykaa, and Myglam. The company operates 25 injection molding machines and state-of-the-art assembly lines, featuring a comprehensive range of printing setups including pad printing, screen printing, foil transfer, hot foil stamping, ink jet printing, laser & digital printing, etc.

The assembly process involves different plastic parts to create cosmetic products. All molding machines are equipped with robotic arms for touchless component handling. The plant operates seven days a week with three shifts and employs 350 people, including 48 staff members in various functions such as Production & Assembly, Quality, Molding Production, Maintenance, Tool Room, Human Resources, ESH, Automation, Procurement, and Logistics, all reporting to me.
