- Prepare Material price and Service job work, price contract through ARC and AMC
- Auction for Scrap sale (Metal Roll & other material).
- Prepare comparative quotation analysis.
- Monitor market trends, manage supplier relationships and coordinate with plant technical team, quality and finance department
- Purchase order prepare as per material requirement.
- Preparing reports and presenting the same to the higher level for facilitating decision-making process.
- Identifications of slow and nonmoving and dead stock.
- Monthly reconciliation for all expenses with technical team and fiancée team.
- Negotiation with vendor.
- Ensure no stock-out situation, which leads to stopping of production
- Scrap invoicing & disposal as per SOP
- Tracking consumable material like; Bearings, Belts, hardware material,MCB,MCCB,Realy,packing material and others material
