• I am responsible for the site execution from building line set up to excavation of foundation.
• Study of Drawings and co-ordinate with sub-ordinates and guiding them properly
• I was responsible for all the foreman of footing, plinth, beam column and slab shutteringand reinforcement checking as per drawing specification.
• Executing, Foreman entire activities of Civil Works like RCC structure, etc Responsible forproper execution of activities as per standard practices and execution drawings issued by design department.
• I have extensive experience in construction finishing work, with attention to detail and quality standards.
• I was doing the coordination with different agencies.
• I was responsible for the managing the labor strength atsite.
• I am responsible for Civil Control of entire Project activities and to ensure that all theworks are executed as per design and specifications.
• Capability of handling more than one site at a time.
• Resolving Contractors technical problems with respect to drawings and constructioncontracts and validating their billing as persite progress as well.
