Working on multiple brands: CB, CB2, L&G, G Gallery, and Schoolhouse

• Analyzing of Mood board and inspiration
• Communication with them to align sample development to complete in given time frame.
• Arrange sample review and sample dispatch to client.
• Coordinate with team to get buyer's feedback.
• Follow up Production purchase orders.
• Analyzing production planning and making TNA and coordinate with respective vendors.
• Coordinating for approval of various packaging and labelling

• Arranging midyear and ear end shipment tracking and vendor score card
• Managing MCP, shade band, DCP and strategy panels for 28 CB/CB2 vendor
• Analyzing and preparation of delayed merchandise and critical closure issue report
• Monitoring 28 CB/CB2 vendor orders on MIS and GTN
• Working with Stonemen Crafts, A.C. Brothers, Akbar Corp, HORIZON IMPEX, Marque Impex, Aakanksha, KUMAR INTERNATIONAL, Nodi Exports, Oliver McInroy & Co., Metaltech Design Pvt. Ltd. And R.R. OVERSEAS.
• Process with materiel – Wood selection, Cutting and shaping, Seasoning, plank, sanding, Assembly, Quality inspection.
• Monitoring of CBX, MIS, GTN and supplier connect

• Conduct a thorough analysis of data related to the business, including financial statements, Client feedback, and market trends. Identify patterns and correlations that can inform recommendations.
• Share business ideas with them
• Based on the data analysis, provide insights into areas of strength and areas for improvement. Make recommendations on strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This could include new marketing campaigns, operational improvements, or product innovation.

• Get the approval on quotation and project.

• Provide an overview of the purpose of the report and the scope of the analysis, including the time frame and data sources used.

• Prepare reports on order progress and communicate the insights of these reports to the broader business.
