Handling Commercial Vehicle lending in Delhi NCR & Western UP locations.
- Analyzing & Underwriting of Retail & strategic Proposals for New & Used commercial vehicle.
- Assess credit worthiness of customer by analyzing financial ratios like Dr/Cr Days, His Debt/Eqt, DSCR, Current ratios, Margin, TNW etc through validation of Audited financial statements, Provisional and projected financial.
- Analyzing the FY Billing, Secured loan outstanding, Working capital detail Validation of Repayment track records & associated risk factors and other information, Statutory Compliance; monitor adherence to credit policies & processes, documentation norms as in manuals.
- Analysis the customer via validating & analyzing Credit Rating by RBI approved Credit rating agency, by Financial and business assessment by available documentation / PD visit.
- Validation of CRILC report of RBI for customer with Debt Outstanding higer then 5.00Cr, Working capital breakup.
- Extra caution has been taken by analyzing the strength of principal of customer, analyzing Work in hand detail, nature of work award to customer, billing from the principal.
- Managing Credit processes ranging from field investigation to tale-verification, analysis Commercial & Consumer CIBIL history, Financier reference checks for Credit Analysis with credit team.
- Regular Visits in market, customer, OEM dealership, to understand the swing of the current markets, Customer psyche, their needs & credit worthiness
- Portfolio analysis via ED , Non-Starters, other delinquent ac, visiting the customer , regular followup with business & collection team & taking Precaution step accordingly in portfolio behavior.
- Policy refresher on regular interval of time with Business & Credit team about the policy amendments & other functional implementation.
