• Extra caution has been taken by analyzing the strength of principal of customer, analyzing Work in hand detail, nature of work award to customer, billing from the principal.
• Managing Credit processes ranging from field investigation to tale-verification, analysis Commercial & Consumer CIBIL history, Financier reference checks for Credit Analysis with credit team.
• Regular Visits in market, customer, OEM dealership, to understand the swing of the current markets, Customer psyche, their needs & credit worthiness
• Portfolio analysis via ED , Non-Starters, other delinquent ac, visiting the customer , regular followup with business & collection team & taking Precaution step accordingly in portfolio behavior.
• Policy refresher on regular interval of time with Business & Credit team about the policy amendments & other functional implementation.
