As a Hospitality Management Trainee at Taj City Centre Gurugram, I had the privilege of participating in an immersive and comprehensive training program aimed at developing well-rounded hospitality professionals. During this training period, I gained valuable insights and practical experience in various facets of the hospitality industry, including Guest relations and service excellence ,team leadership and training.

I have done my industrial training from Taj City Centre Gurugram.In my industrial training experience at a five-star hotel, I gained valuable insights into the hospitality industry. During my time there, I focused on various aspects, including front desk operations, guest relations, and food and beverage service. I actively engaged with guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

I also learned about inventory management, event coordination, and adhering to high-quality service standards. This experience honed my communication and teamwork skills, as I collaborated with diverse staff members. Overall, my training at the five-star hotel equipped me with practical knowledge and a deep appreciation for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. This comprehensive program has exposed me to a wide range of subjects crucial to the hospitality industry, such as hotel management, food and beverage services, housekeeping, and event planning. My coursework includes both theoretical foundations and hands-on practical training, allowing me to develop a strong foundation in customer service, management, and industry-specific skills.

This educational journey has instilled in me a passion for the world of hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to future endeavors in this dynamic field.
