Dear Hiring Manager,

I am extremely interested in being considered for the Barattendent/ Waiter role at your organisation. I have a passion for connecting with people and creating drinks that people will order many times over. Moreover, I'd like the opportunity to bring my experience and creativity to your organisation. I've been a Bartender as well as Waiter for 10 years, working at restaurants. And the clientele of your organisation is similar to that of several of the places where I have served previously.

Most recently, I worked as the Waiter and Bartender at my previous establishment, at Silver Seven that attracts many professionals and paraprofessionals for business meetings and after-work cocktails. In that role, I trained incoming Bartenders on our specialty drinks and our standards for customer service and mixing. I also revised our procedures for ensuring food safety and implemented an internal food safety audit.

Additionally, I also worked as Waiter. I served guests by greeting them as soon as they were seated and by serving their drinks, most of the time, within two minutes of them having ordered.

I love serving guests and creating a one-of-a-kind experience for them every time they're at one of my tables.

Also I have 2 years experience of Malaysia as a bar supervisor for La Cocina a spanish cusine restaurant and wine bar. My experience as Bar supervisor could be immensely helpful to you if you were to hire me for your organisation . I am knowledgeable about the industry and work hard to do anything I can to make operations move smoothly for everyone involved.

I understand you want someone with the ability to multitask and be adaptable to a variety of tasks, and those are skills I have definitely learned in my previous work.
