• Downloading data from website and generate MIS using Microsoft Excel & PPT
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales reports 
• Analyze the Competitors data and reporting the observations to directors & Managers 
• Data Extraction, Cleaning, mining, Preparing, Analysis & Summarizing results in standard quality control reports and further sharing it with Directors & Management teams
• Tracking of Executives performance on Daily & Weekly basis 
• Depot Stock tracking to Avoid Demurrage.

• Incentive Calculation & Target Allocation for each Executives 
• Co-ordinate with Accounts team, Managers & Other Support Groups for MIS Reports preparation 
• Preparation of Monthly Review Meeting Reports & forecast Upcoming trends 
• Preparation of income Statement Using data from Tally ERP 9 software 
• Preparation of Company Yearly Sales & Cost Budget Plan 
• Hands on experience in Cleaning the data using advance function & Formulas in MS Excel
