Having served at various universities, including my most recent position as Registrar at I.E.C University, I have developed a deep understanding of the multifaceted responsibilities and challenges associated with this role. I possess a comprehensive skill set in overseeing administrative operations, managing student services, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
As a Registrar, my primary focus has been to enhance the student experience and support their academic journey. I have also been actively involved in managing academic records, coordinating course registration, and facilitating timely graduation processes.
Furthermore, my experience as an academic administrator extends beyond the Registrar's role. I have served as a Deputy Registrar, where I effectively collaborated with various departments and stakeholders, facilitated strategic planning initiatives, and contributed to the overall growth and development of the institution. Additionally, I have experience as a Dean of Academic Affairs, where I played a key role in curriculum development, assessment and accreditation processes, and fostering a culture of academic excellence.
I hold a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, and I am continuously seeking professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in higher education administration.
