• Quality Management System Setup: Provide guidance and expertise in setting up the Quality Management System for the newly formed Company - Joint Venture (ACWA Power, Air Products and Saudi Aramco), ensuring it aligns with industry best practices.
• Improvement Guidelines: Develop improvement guidelines for the Company's Quality Management System, ensuring effective implementation and providing feedback to employees on the results.
• Company Quality Procedures: Establish and maintain company-wide Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, ensuring consistent quality practices across all projects and operations.
• Company Quality Plan: Assist in creating and continuously improving the Company's Quality Plan, incorporating feedback and best practices for enhanced quality outcomes.
• Implementation of Quality Policy: Ensure the effective implementation of the Company's Quality Management policy, plans, and procedures, ensuring they serve their intended purposes.
• Monitoring Quality System Activities: Monitor and review Company Quality System activities, including site quality activities, based on the Companies Management system and project requirements.
• Construction Quality Management: Hold responsibility for managing and coordinating the Construction Quality staff, ensuring quality standards are upheld throughout the construction process.
• Communication with Management: Collaborate and communicate with management on project quality issues, providing regular updates and insights on quality-related matters.
• Quality Management in Project Phases: Ensure the application of Quality Management in line with the Project Design Criteria throughout the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning phases of the project.
• Conducting Quality Audit: Conducting Quality Audit to the Sub contractors to ensure the contractor construction activities are meet the Company’s quality management and project specification.
