Windchill.

· Maintaining EBOM structures in Windchill integrating with Brand Marketing and Product development team and creating Color variants by relating Color specification document.

· Working on ERP system integration with Windchill to make EBOM to flow from R&D to maintain MBOM in production plants.

· Made proposal on Supplier management in WC which helps PD to identify the correct suppliers and led to make more cost-effective decisions on reusing the parts and reducing the transportation cost aswell.

· Made proposal on Quality management in WC which bridges gap between R&D and Production plant to make the correct dimensional and performance updates which helped in reduction of scrap.

· Promote use of existing PLM Software and creating best practices to help team in adapting PLM process.

· Collaborate with Internal and Global process partners effectively to discuss the process related queries.

· Worked on Claims Substantiation Project, Audited all the 2018-22 Product Claims document and recommended Test SOPs to Substantiate the Claims and Supported on creating Standard Claims manual for CFT which might reduce the regulatory compliance issues.

· Have good knowledge on Technical documents (CTQ, TR, DR, Product spec, DVPR, DFMEA, PPAP, PQRA)

· Analyzing the end-to-end process of the project, notify the respective cross-functional teams in case of any standard mismatches in CAD and Product technical documents, inadequacy of information or on timely delivery.
