Area of expertise in molecular work with PCR, RT-PCR, GEL electrophoresis, SDS page, Cloning techniques Bacterial transformation, Bioedit software,Good in MS office, Excel, Power point Presentation making, MAP generation using QGIS software, Working knowledge in Snapgene, EUGENE software etc.
Woked with viruses in both chilli (ChLCVD for 2 years and potato (PVY, PVX, PLRV, PVS) for 3 years.
In the project as a SRF i have worked with aeroponics unit, and protected cultivation of potato in the Polyhous.
